Rubicon Refrigeration and Heating is a top notch company. Toby was sent to my house due to a heating problem through my warranty company. It’s an older model so it took Toby a little bit of time to diagnose the problem. Unfortunately, the warranty company didn’t agree to the diagnosis but Toby really lobbied for them to honor their warranty agreement.

Toby was able to fix the heater and he did a follow up phone call a few weeks later to make sure all was good.

Toby was always on time, courteous and never made a big mess to clean up.
